Reach Food Systems are at the forefront of design and technology in the field of air operated spraying systems. They have been specifically developed for applying coatings to food products, for example: glazing tartlets of differing size with hot jelly, applying liqueur, decorating pizza bases, oiling pizza dough balls, glazing savoury pies or any other thin liquids on differently shaped products while controlling your over-spray.
These systems are also used for spraying oils, greases and release agents into various shapes and sizes of bakery tins, trays, ‘straps’ of tins, and multi- indent platens.
It consists of a conveyor to transport the product, above which is, depending on the width of the machine and the application it is designed for, one or a series of spray nozzles feed by a pump from a removable jacketed product tank.
