The Injectagel is a system designed for the injection of gelatine type fillings at temperature up to 98 Deg C into any pie product. It can be used for fruit purées, hot cross bun topping, brine or any other free flowing liquid.
Each system can be fitted with one or more injector nozzles if a larger compressor is used, and can have various sizes of nozzles to suit differing products.
The 30 pint stainless steel canister is robust and, providing it is cleaned and not misused, will give many years of trouble free service.
Compressors can be supplied if required.
